My stay at Gran Hotel La Florida G.L Monumento was amazing. The views from the hotel were amazing and made for a nice experience. The spacious rooms were luxurious and had fine views of the city and ocean. The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic and provided a great way to relax and unwind. The staff were professional and friendly, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, with options to choose from. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Private entrance to pool and fitness area. Drive or taxi to get there. Free shuttle bus to town. Local bus available too.

The hotel was in need of maintenance, with cracked glass doors and water dripping from the ceiling in the corridor. The cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing, with leftover hairs from previous guests.

The food options and prices are disappointing.

This hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs and more. the exclusive amenities provided at the Spa & Wellness Centre were exceptional. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were kept impeccably clean. the massage I had was the best I have ever had and the therapist was professional and welcoming. the location advantage of being at the top of the hill made for impressive views of the city.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of variety in the special diet menus offered. the restaurant provided a delectable buffet breakfast each morning and the bar/lounge area was relaxing and tasteful.

Room #311 was spacious with wide balcony and great city/sea view. Bed was comfortable with wonderful views. Staff was friendly and fulfilled any request. Location on top of mountain provided cool vibes. Hotel had indoor/outdoor pools and two restaurants.
